Yep, my hair is shorter with layers. I really wanted an a-line cut and I love it! D took this picture Tuesday night after he and our little girl watched the stylist cut my hair. (To those of you who guessed that I'm pregnant, I am not.)
I suppose it was obvious that I did something to my hair, because that is what the two "before" pictures had in common. It's interesting that nobody thought I would put highlights in or something like that. Maybe you just know me well enough. :)
Here are two of my self-portraits -- it's fun to try holding my arm out different ways and with different backdrops and see what works . . .
I love your new look! That makes me want to go and cut all my hair off too! I have been thinking about doing that...I hear ya on the no highlights...I've never had them.
ReplyDeleteI love it! I am always toying with the idea of shorter hair, but I haven't been brave enough to go through with it! Your awesome!
ReplyDeleteIt's so cute Manda!
ReplyDeleteIt looks really cute on you!! I've enjoyed short hair, but I miss doing ponytails when I want to work out.
ReplyDeleteyour hair looks really cute!! You brave girl!!! :D
ReplyDeleteI like the new look- it looks cute on you. I am tempted to go short, but too nervous! As for highlights, I love mine, but hate them at the same time. You're kind of stuck after you do them, because it's so hard for a stylist to match your natural hair color (not to mention that it can get so pricey if you don't have a good friend in the business). Infact, someone is going to try and do it for me today- we'll see how it goes. Sorry we haven't been able to get together, this week has turned into a crazy one for some reason, and my sister was in town with her kids, but maybe there will be a time next week? Talk to you later!
