Your Memories

You have probably seen this on other blogs. It is a really fun idea.

Leave a comment on my blog of a memory that you and I have had together. (You can click on "comments" and then "anonymous" if you don't have a gmail account.) It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time, or a long time, anything you remember!

Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. :) Ready, Set, GO!

  1. I just remember eating lunch with you a lot and you always being a sweet and kind person. I remember writing on our oranges and eating lots of oranges, driving around in your van, and some highschool dances. Thanks for being a great friend!

  2. This really is a fun idea! haha but I've learned as of recently, that apparently my memory is NOT as great as I thought it was...so a particular time..? You'd have to wait for me to scour my journals...I do remember that as a roommate, you were a great one! You were really sensitive to those around you and were really sweet. I'm always amazed at your talent/love/knowledge of music. oh wait...I do remember one memory...wait 2...The first...not so pleasant...when you were driving us all back to Ricks, and there was a blizzard, and you hit ice or something and we spun around and around and around on the bridge, while the other car just passed us, I'm glad we were safe! :) ...the second is when I'm sure I came down to SLC with you on a weekend, and we were visiting Alan and we made "stuffed Bake potatoes" :) (I'll get around to scrapbooking those pics someday!)

  3. I have tons of memories of you, but where our friendship truly became that of great friends is when we were in LitMag together that first year. You were the only person I already knew, and from that point on we became awesome friends. I remember your great poetry, and your relationship with Drew throughout high school. After that we went on to graduate the same day (we sat by each other), get married within months of each other, and have babies the same year. It is fun to have someone that can relate to being a new wife, a college graduate, and a new mom. Hopefully we'll have our next kids within months of each other. Love ya!!

  4. I remembered another memory. I got to help Drew pick out your wedding ring. We picked it out one day, and then a couple days later we went back to buy it and he'd forgotten what we'd decided on, so I was helpful in reminding him which diamond we'd picked. That was so much fun to do cause I was so excited my two good friends were marrying each other.

  5. Hey Manda! I also remember meeting you at family day up at Hill. I also remember going to your beautiful wedding reception, not too long after the guys had returned from AT. You are a really genuine person and a great person to know!
